This week we’ve received a few helpful one-pot recipes so save them in your busier nights, a giant batch low-effort pulled pork (nice one to stretch over two if not three meals), and some consolation meals reader favourites. Plus a deal with suggestion – since you deserve it!

Weekly Meal Plan #3

1. One-pan Baked Butter Rooster

Mexican purple rice PLUS juicy burrito flavoured rooster, an entire meal in a single pot!

4. simple SLOW COOKER BBQ PULLED PORK
Large batch, low effort cooking to make as soon as and serve twice or thrice!

5. thai coconut pumpkin soup
Fairly please prepare dinner up some frozen roti to dunk on this!!

6. creamy rooster pasta OF MY DREAMS
I actually do dream about this…..

7. PEANUT BUTTER STUFFED BROWNIES
